I let the breath sink, like a wormhole
I inhale
I read the exact location — behind the stomach, in front of the pancreas
Into the folds of the peritoneum
Aprons with ruffles and pleats
Around the organs
I inhale and let the breath sink
Like a wormhole
I exhale
But the breath continues to sink
Filling the hidden corners of the abdominal cavity
Spreading in all directions
Filling the posterior space
I feel strength and calm
They call it embryonic breathing
Inhale and exhale merge
Time dissolves, expands
It stops being linear
And becomes like a wormhole
Inhale — behind the stomach, in front of the pancreas
On the exhale the breath sinks deeper, filling the folds of the apron
Inner space is a continuation of the outer
Outer of the inner
Outside
Inside
Inside
Outside.
