This workshop offers a proposal for exploring the relationship between ‘exhaustion’ and ‘recovery’ as one of the 4
global themes of movement according to the Laban / Bartenieff system of movement analysis (Exertion/Recuperation),
with a specific focus on establishing the balance of the nervous system through movement and touch.
The workshop is organized as part of the UPUH program Missing Encounters
of the Croatian Dance Artists Association in collaboration with Multimedia Hut.
The workshop is open to all interested parties.
